Sitting on our wooden deck and overlooking the tropical mangroves, while sampling the finest Thai delicacies, is truly unforgettable. Delight your taste buds with traditional Tom Yum Goong, a spicy and sour lemongrass soup with straw mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, coriander and shrimp or select the Grilled Beef Salad with crisp vegetables, spring onions, coriander and a savory fish sauce. IXCHEL
Translated as Moon Goddess, Ixchel is our traditional and unique trajinera, or dining boat. Treat yourself to a magnificent fusion of local and international cuisines, prepared by our trained culinary hosts. Our chefs prepare a cooked-to-order menu as you sail through the canals and mangroves of Mayakoba. This outstanding experience is available twice daily for breakfast and dinner departures and must be booked in advance.
 
IN-VILLA BARBECUE
Experience energizing breakfasts and magnificent evenings in the comfort of your private villa. Our chefs will set up sumptuous meals and romantic poolside barbeques, featuring the finest cuts of meat and the catch-of-the-day seafood.
