Located on charming Lucerne Avenue in the heart of downtown Lake Worth, a brick-paved front patio shaded by mature oaks gives our property a house-like feel from the street. Floor-to-ceiling front windows and skylights let in tons of natural light during the day.
Design:
We've kept the decor clean and fresh, giving you the ability to either keep it simple and minimal, or bring in your own design and transform the space. Soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed beams keep the space feeling airy, modern and spacious, while wide-plank white oak floors ground the spaces with a clean, sophisticated feel. Custom mid-century modern inspired brass lighting throughout sets a moody, cozy scene.

The bathroom has a fun and funky style, with designer blush and gold wallpaper, black hex tile, and a marble sink with brass washstand.

During the day, Social House is a shared workspace for small businesses in design and event-related businesses, giving you access to an in-house team of the area's best creative talents.
Extra perks:
You have access to 6 reclaimed wood parson's tables, 4 bar-height solid wood rectangular tables, a mix of stacking and non-stacking padded chairs, 14 padded barstools, 4 round outdoor bistro tables, and 12 wood outdoor folding bistro chairs. A wide mix of office-type furniture and dividing walls is also available.
