Maybe it’s the rose colored glasses we’ve been wearing, but doesn’t everyone look good in pink? If so, we’d like to make a case for slathering pink all over the interiors of every single restaurant everywhere, just as the monochromatic-loving team at Pietro Nolita has done. Hitting all the right hues, this New York hot spot is sure to make your next brunch feel rosé-drunk and full of love and happiness.

With its gorgeous historic buildings, inspiring street style, plentiful art scene, and incredible gastronomic experiences, Paris is surely on everyone’s bucket list. While the arrondissements near the River Seine tend to get a lot of tourists in and out, it’s the neighborhoods that spiral away from the river that exude that artsy, local vibe that should be at the top of your travel agenda.

Set in the vibrant area of Pigalle, a haven for Bohemians, artists, and trendsetters, Maison Lautrec is a café that’s as cozy and welcoming as your neighborhood restaurant, but a much cooler, Parisian version. If spending an afternoon sipping champagne and eating tarte tatin dripping in caramel sauce in a cooler-than-classic Parisian bistro is on your bucket list, this place is your dream come true.

Upon spotting this greenery-filled emerald and melon-toned bar, we’re thinking #botanicalbrunching should totally be a bucket list item. Amsterdam is known to have a bit of eye candy at every turn, but even better if that eye candy comes in the form of a cool bar that’s designed with every teeny tiny detail in mind, right down to the powder pink coffee mugs.

Located in Amsterdam East, there’s no shortage of cool restaurants and bars nearby, but Bar Botanique is a standout in all its brightly hued glory.

REPORTER: Jake Kilroy

This week’s #BirthdayBucketList is New York City’s favorite oyster bar. Where to score the best oysters in the Big Apple is debatable, but as far as ambiance goes, it’s downright impossible to beat Grand Banks Oyster Bar—and that’s because it’s hosted on a revitalized mid-century wooden ship known as the Sherman Zwicker.

Watching a sunset sink its fiery skin into the ocean from the New York City waterfront should be—and likely is—on everyone's bucket list. In the warmer seasons, is there a better way to appreciate the good life than toasting your friends or family with a rich blend of grand colors before you and the greatest city skyline ever behind you? No, probably not. Plus, there’s a cocktail menu and oysters!

Ah, New York City. The land of opportunity. The land where eight million people live on one single island. With this many people and a variety of cultures, there are bound to be thousands of diverse and delicious places to indulge in this pretty-little meal we call brunch. But what is it about this morning meal that makes us so downright happy? Is it the plethora of flaky pastries, the oozing of egg yolks or the sweet sparkle of a much-needed mimosa? Maybe it’s the atmosphere: spending the last hurrah of the weekend with close friends before we all face an inevitable case of the Mondays.
