Host the Event of the Year in Sicily: Glamping, Olive Tree Vows and a Pool Straight Out of an Italian Film

Some resorts make you feel like a guest. Braccialieri makes you feel like a character in an ensemble film. You know; those Italian films where everyone is devastatingly tan, romantic, and constantly conversing around the most delicious looking spread of grilled fish, cheese, and Nonna’s risotto? Tucked into the undulating countryside of Noto and framed by luxurious Sicilian earth tones and canvas shade, Braccialieri is perfectly inviting and staged for stunning getaways. The pool alone could win Best Supporting Role; sleek, checkered, and just louche enough to call to mind La Piscine (if Alain Delon had better friends and a chilled bottle of Bianco di Noto in hand).

Here, mornings are long and theatrical: espresso in porcelain cups, linen robes undone, someone reading Moravia poolside; waiting for a friend to awaken and join them for a subtle Carajillo. It’s the sort of place where breakfast casually extends into prosecco-fueled planning for a wedding, or at the very least, a terrace aperitivo. Celebrations happen often, and always with charm; whether it’s an intimate dinner in the garden, or a three-day affair with old records spinning and children playing Marco Polo in dress clothes. A Euro summer, yes. But familial. Filmic. And entirely your own.

We selected Braccialieri for this season’s Pool Party campaign not only for its impossibly spellbinding pool, but because of what happens around it; languid meals, afternoon swims, and the right amount of mischief, that makes summer feel incredibly nostalgic and well-lived.

The Wedding Edit: Vows Under Olive Trees, Almond Cake by Moonlight, and Midnight Swims

Let’s dive into what truly sets Braccialieri apart: the weddings. Or more accurately, the affairs. Picture vows exchanged beneath the embrace of ancient olive trees. With room for up to 120 guests and accommodations that blend rustic elegance with an almost irreverent attention to aesthetic pleasure, every celebration here feels less like an event and more like a long weekend at your most stylish friend’s villa.

Couples can choose from a range of thoughtfully designed settings: lush gardens with dappled light, an elegant ballroom, or even a Bedouin tent that adds a touch of nomadic glamour. The estate’s award-winning team (recognized by Wezoree for outstanding service and attention to detail) orchestrates every element with care. Every meal, every detail, every slice of almond cake feels deliberately yours. And then, of course, there’s the pool. Always watching. Always ready for a midnight swim.

The Stay: Suites, Sunset Views and Glamping Worth Packing a Caftan For

Braccialieri was never meant to be a hotel in the traditional sense. Set within a working olive estate and built with preservation in mind, it’s a place that feels personal and designed for hosting. Whether you’re gathering friends for a weekend holiday or celebrating something a little more official, the layout lends itself to togetherness: three Luxury Suites in the original residence, and six eco-glamping tents nearby, each with generous outdoor space and wide views over the hills of Val di Noto.

Antique Furnishings, Designer Touches, and Starry-Night Glamping

The Pool Suite Amare, once the estate’s kitchen, remains its heart and has been transformed into a 70-square-metre retreat layered with antique Sicilian furnishings, modern design pieces by Cassina and Cappellini, and soft lighting by Davide Groppi. It’s as inviting for a slow morning coffee as it is for a spontaneous aperitivo with whoever’s still around by sunset.

The glamping tents, private but not precious, offer a full-comfort experience, with real beds, curated details, and verandas made for breezy conversation. Together, the accommodations reflect Braccialieri’s core charm: a kind of luxurious simplicity, with just enough elegance to make you want to share it.

YUM: From First Coffee to Last Bite of Etna Pear Mousse, the Sicilian Menu You’ll Be Dreaming About for Years

• At Braccialieri, eating is all about shared moments and simple, yet arresting flavors.
• The café, surrounded by bougainvillea, is the perfect place for a coffee or a pastry before an authentic breakfast buffet in an ancient palmento.
• Lunch is light, seasonal, and plucked from earth.
• For dinner, In the 19th-century Dodici Zappe millstone, Chef Francesco Giura mixes top-tier technique with tradition and terroir. We recommend the red shrimp tartare stuffed raviolo (order two for the table ahead of time to avoid the inevitable fight over the last one) and grilled fish.

Whether you’re stealing bites of Etna pear mousse or laughing over wine, Braccialieri makes every meal feel like part of the celebration.

The Pool: Iconic, Timeless, and Made for Celebration

The pool at Braccialieri feels like a snapshot from a forgotten holiday album. Designed by stylist Alessandro Enriquez, the Braccialieri pool makes a striking visual statement with its narrative-driven design. The red and white checkered flooring draws inspiration from the classic kitchen tiles of the past, evoking a sense of nostalgia and comfort. It’s a setting for Vogue-worthy wedding photos, late-night espresso Correttos shared by wandering guests, pool games, and the occasional (or often) peer over sunglasses between pages of East of Eden to take in its beauty.

Bright Cushions, Maritata Vines, and a Pool Venue That Knows How to Host a Party

The space reflects Enriquez’s personal touch, with every detail; from the bright cushions to the words “Don’t Forget to Love!” etched into the pool floor, paying homage to his grandmother’s legacy and her culinary influence. It’s an oasis, thoughtfully integrated into the landscape, offering both privacy and style. Just beyond the pool, the organic garden and rows of maritata vines frame the space, creating an idyllic setting where guests can enjoy light lunches or a quiet moment with a view.

On destination weddings, it transforms into the perfect stage for a Pool Pizza Party, informal aperitif dinners, or celebratory moments that bring everyone together. And when the estate is exclusively yours, a private dinner under the pergola, framed by ancient vines, makes the experience all the more noteworthy.
