The Report

A hip, boutique hotel woven into the creative fabric of the city, QT Sydney is a highly curated fusion of cutting-edge art, bold interior design and historical architecture. It has become a place where the cool crowds converge to hang out, dine, party and soak up the creative ambience.

With an eye for modern design whilst reflective of past, the 200 guest suites that make up the QT Sydney hotel has been carefully crafted within the historic Gowings and State theatre buildings. This boutique Sydney venue retains many of the buildings most distinctive features, such as the blend of Gothic, Art Deco, and Italianate influenced architecture that form the dazzling exterior of the building.Within the hotel, eclectic and quirky artifacts have been brought together from all around the world, adding an unusual mix of interesting elements to the QT experience. Bespoke furniture, graphics and a strong use of color, with a bold use of black and white, Yves Klein blue, magenta and citron throughout.

WHAT WILL MY GUESTS EXPERIENCE?: Hospitality at QT Sydney starts before you even hit the lift. On the Market Street level, Parlour Lane Roasters offers a straight up espresso and a casual bite to eat from breakfast to late afternoon, when the space transforms from café to a bustling aperitivo wine bar. Ascending the lifts, guests are ushered into the lobby, and then up the wooden staircase into Gowings Bar & Grill, Creative Food Director Robert Marchetti has shaped a European style brasserie that provides an unpretentious European-style menu.  Guests finish the night off in Gilt Lounge, the after dark party venue.

HOW WILL MY GUESTS GET THERE?: A short 30min drive from Sydney Airport by car.
