Attention Mid-Century Modern aficionados: The Trans World Flight (TWA) Center at JFK International Airport is about to undergo a restoration to evoke the glamour of the jet age. We know, the last thing you would expect in a bustling metropolitan airport like JFK is a swanky hotel—but this place is about to surprise you. The hotel is set to open in early 2019 and its mid-century appeal is what makes it so incredibly unique, making it a living time capsule from the ‘60s.

It’s been well over a decade since Sex and the City ended its glorious run, but we can’t help but imagine the fearsome foursome sitting around a table at While We Were Young, sipping on drinks like, “Summer Fling,” and “The Morning After,” while gabbing about the week’s latest dramas.

While We Were Young is a cute and cozy kitchen and cocktail bar in NYC’s West Village. A gorgeous spot, it’s got all the design features we love (great color palette, brassy accents and tons of thoughtful details). And even more importantly, the menu for cocktails and bites is rad, with a modern vibe and lots of healthy options mixed in with comfort foods. But what makes the place #bucketlist worthy? Let’s discuss.

Selecting a spot to have brunch in New York is always a daunting task with so many options available. But if it’s a chic setting and an incredibly delicious menu you’re after, Café Medi is a must. Located in the Lower East Side’s Hotel on Rivington, this coastal Mediterranean restaurant is at the top of our brunch bucket list.

The best thing on the menu? Possibly the summer peaches with burrata and prosciutto served alongside a glass of rosé... But we'll let you be the judge of that.

Here’s a match that we (or anyone else for that matter) never saw coming - Tinder and Delta Airlines. This unlikely but totally genius pair have swiped right on each other to bring Brooklyn a little humor and a lot of press. ‘The Delta Dating Wall’ is printed with exotic locales for singles to take selfies in front of with the tagline “World travelers are more likely to be swiped right.” True? Probably.

... And that's not all! If you are in the NYC area you can also join in on the fun IRL at Tinder and Delta's June 17th "singles-centric" event.
