The great outdoors make a wedding seem gigantic. By having a soaring sky and an epic landscape, a couple’s celebration of love seems elevated right from the start. The big day feels as grand of an occasion as it deserves and Central Virginia’s Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards damn well delivers.

At Pippin Hill, even fall looks like springtime. With the rolling green hills of Virginia's wine country sparkling behind the wedding arbor, it’s pretty obvious why Lauren and Adam chose this timeless venue as the spot to begin their new life together (and party with their nearest and dearest friends and family).

In Union Valley, a vintage white barn sits in an open field, sparkling in the wild Texas sun. Surrounded by oak trees and flower gardens, The White Sparrow is one heck of a peaceful retreat from the busy and bustling city life of Dallas. The owners have even kept its natural wood floors and whitewashed walls for a comforting sense of old world elegance. In short, it’s perfect.

That’s why graphic designer Danielle and computer repair shop owner Trent decided to tie the knot there. Designed, built, and still maintained by the Huerta Family, The White Sparrow is a dream-come-true venue that welcomes both boots and heels. Beyond its rustic yet chic grounds, a breathtaking country landscape ensures that every photo taken is a keeper. Danielle and Trent took full advantage of such a dazzling space with a white wedding with touches of earth tones. The pair’s gorgeous wedding was shot by Danielle’s good friend and former wedding photographer teammate Allison Harp. Both Danielle and Allison had a lot of great things to say about the big day and the killer venue.

No one invites the rain to their wedding. It’s a rather unwelcome guest when it shows up. But the wild chaos that it stirs indeed makes for a good story—as long as the couple has a sense of humor. Hell, rain can even make the scene prettier, by bringing out nature’s dark colors beneath a hazy sky and testing two lovebirds right out of the gate.

That’s pretty much what happened when Leah and Anthony tied the knot at Audrey’s Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast in rural New York. The pair weathered the challenge spectacularly well and it only made them seem more in love. Wedding photographer Brogen Jessup captured the big day wonderfully and we had to know more.

When a fashion blogger and a southern gentleman get hitched, there's a lot of ground to cover. The wedding day should be rustic, yet stylish; gorgeous, yet not overdone. Luckily, and unsurprisingly, Jess and Dustin nailed it. The best example of the lovebirds keenly strutting such a balancing act had to be the bride rocking a Jenny Packham gown with converse high-tops.

What made the special day so memorable, however, aside from the couple's favorite human beings in the world being there to cheer and congratulate, was the venue itself. A sweetly southern farm that covers 160 acres of Georgia woodland, sprinkled with meadows and ponds, Sweet Meadow Farms stirred up the impression that Jess and Dustin were tying the knot at a beloved relative’s country home.
