If a visit to Social Hideout isn’t on your brunch bucket list yet, it’s about to be. Already dubbed Sydney’s prettiest café, this Insta-worthy eatery is as extra as it comes in all the best ways.

After popular demand and the success of its sister restaurant in Parramatta, Owner Nader Issa has opened up a second set of colorful doors that has brunch lovers flocking to experience this impossibly beautiful meal for themselves – and to snap a few Instagram pics, of course!

Some Serious Flower Power

Social Hideout Waterloo has definitely nailed the wow factor when it comes to their one-of-a-kind aesthetic, which has some calling it the Willy Wonka of all cafés. A vision of pinks and purples, the whimsical decor features seventeen thousand flowers suspended from the ceiling and stuck into stunning wall features created by the well-known wedding planner and event stylist, Anna Wang. Pastel green walls, cheeky neon signs, and an Audrey Hepburn Breakfast at Tiffany’s mural round out this extraordinary brunch spot making every angle a wonderland of design and color.

Food That’s Cute Enough to Eat

If you think the decor is awe-inspiring, just wait until you see the equally beautiful food and bevvies. Inspired by Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine, the menu puts a fun (and colorful) twist on some of your brunch favorites, as well as popular signature dishes like the Bright Purple Hotcakes topped with tropical fruit, ice-cream, and a vibrant taro sauce.

Got a bit of a sweet tooth? We recommend the milkshake served in a little gold bathtub and topped with fairy floss because, well, why not.

Private Parties & Pups Encouraged

This kind of brunch extravaganza is best experienced with your most fabulous crew in tow! Whether you are planning a bachelorette party, a birthday brunch, or a team outing with your favorite work friends, you can bet a celebration at this Insatgramable café will be well-documented.

Don’t forget your fur friends! This pup-friendly café lets your pooch get in on the action with items like the Snoop Dog bowl and the Puppacino (who doesn’t love a good dog pun).
