Both humble and revered, bread is by far our favorite carb - I mean, just look how much it means to Oprah!

Join us as Chef Nini (former pastry chef of Eleven Madison Park) guides us through some of her preferred dough preparations that are bound to impress any crowd (but are secretly easy!)

Cook Space Brooklyn is a culinary studio designed to foster and build confidence in the kitchen.

Set in an 800-square foot industrial loft, Cook Space has been designed with care to feel more like a home than a cooking school. Located on the second floor of a renovated industrial space, the studio boasts 15-foot ceilings with carefully curated, unique details and personal touches.
