To us, no utensil is more important than the perfect kitchen knife, and no skill more crucial to becoming a great cook than correct cutting techniques. In this class, as part of our fundamental Culinary Confidence Series, you'll learn how to care for and use your knife to best effect, acquiring classic techniques such as julienning, dicing, mincing and more - after which we'll all sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor (menu below!)
