Are you a first-time Fairgrounds visitor or a returning regular? Either way, we are pleased to announce happy tummy times ahead for you because Paperbark Camp’s beautiful long table country restaurant is back to proudly provide delicious dining onsite at Berry Showgrounds this December. 

Showcasing the best of the South Coast’s famous ingredients, our three-course share plate dinner runs for around an hour,  (5:00, 6:30 and 8:00pm), timed to make sure you enjoy sumptuous meals and sublime music. Come join us to enjoy dishes inspired by the flavors of Spain, France, Israel, Turkey and the cultures of Northern Africa, carefully prepared by award-winning South Coast chef Jo Mcrae and her team. Dinner is accompanied by premium NSW wines and beers at regular bar prices.

Our final menu will be determined by the seasonal availability of the freshest and best local ingredients, but dinner may start with chilled soup, local olives, flatbreads and dips, followed by slow cooked lamb, marinated and baked chicken and seafood accompanied by platters of roasted vegetables w/ smoky garlic eggplant, zucchini and fregola salad with seeds and lemon garlic or a cabbage slaw with hazelnuts and tahini coriander dressing. Plus an individual sweet treat before you return to the musical smorgasbord of Fairgrounds.

We understand kids love sampling grown-ups’ shared dishes and we ensure there is plenty for everyone to try but for all-around happiness, we also have a kids’ meal. Seats for children are limited. This tented paradise is gorgeous and glamorous for any glamping newbie or seasoned soiree veteran. At it's heart lies the Gunyah (aboriginal for shelter) restaurant nestled high above the treetops. Open all night for coffee and snacks or vibrant on the verandah in the summer months for a magical wedding reception. Combine a dash of eco-tourism elegance, a dollop of fresh and fabulous fare *shake* *shake* *shake* sounds like the setting for a total tent takeover to us.
