For this plant-based class series, we’ve collaborated with Raj Barker, a holistic nutritionist and badass babe who knows all of the ins-and-outs of nourishing your body and soul. In each class, she’ll dive deep into the the health benefits of the produce you’ll be using while Chef Tom Coughlan teaches you his techniques to properly cook your veggies and elevate their flavor to a whole new level. Feel free to take a class on its own to focus on a specific topic, or the entire series to build a foundation of our favorite techniques to get the most out of your produce!
Using the techniques from our classic knife skills class, we’ll show you our preferred techniques for tearing into your favorite produce. From here, we’ll teach you how to build the perfect salad based on your preferences and how to transform your salad “scraps” into a versatile broth you’ll use all year round.

Cook Space Brooklyn is a culinary studio designed to foster and build confidence in the kitchen.
Set in an 800-square foot industrial loft, Cook Space has been designed with care to feel more like a home than a cooking school. Located on the second floor of a renovated industrial space, the studio boasts 15-foot ceilings with carefully curated, unique details and personal touches.
