In our “Cooking for One” series, we’ll lay out a grocery list and focus on one ingredient to teach you how to utilize it in multiple ways. We’ll show you how to mix-and-match the rest of your grocery list to keep each dish new and all week long!

Cook Space Brooklyn is a culinary studio designed to foster and build confidence in the kitchen.
Set in an 800-square foot industrial loft, Cook Space has been designed with care to feel more like a home than a cooking school. Located on the second floor of a renovated industrial space, the studio boasts 15-foot ceilings with carefully curated, unique details and personal touches.
