Meal prep for one can be repetitive and boring when you find yourself cooking the same exact meals throughout the week. We’re here to help you bring some creativity to your weekly menu and help you shop smart for the week ahead.

In our “Cooking for One” series, we’ll lay out a grocery list and focus on one ingredient to teach you how to utilize it in multiple ways. We’ll show you how to mix-and-match the rest of your grocery list to keep each dish new and all week long!

This week, we’ll focus on steak + potatoes and three different ways you can use it throughout the week.
