How do I become a correspondent?

I’ve applied to be a correspondent and haven’t heard a response yet?
You should have received an email response after you submitted your application. If you did not receive an acceptance letter, thank you for interest, we are still either in the process of review or have found that at this time you should be celebrating more.

How do I submit a venue for The Venue Report?
If you know of a great venue GREAT! Please find these buttons, shown below, on The Venue Reporter Daily (/blog/), at the bottom of any venue report, and fill out the form for us to research the venue. Or by contacting us directly at hello@venuereport.com.

How do I login to The Venue Report?
Go to /login at the top right corner of the page. Once logged in this login will change to ‘MY PROFILE’ where you can access your dashboard.

What is my profile?
Your profile is your personal dashboard for your: Mail, Account, Favorites, My Reports and My Tips.

How do I access my mail?
Go to “My Account” and click on the “Mail” tab. You will be able to communicate with venues in there.

How do I change my account password?
Simply go to /my-profile/account, you will find the appropriate fields to change your password.




How do I add a venue to my favorites?
All venues have an “Add to favorites” link that you simply click once to add to your favorites. You must be logged in to do this.




My Reports

In the My Reports section you will be able to submit a report about a venue to us fast. Simply go to "My Reports", and click on the "New Report" button on the top right corner of the page.




My Tips

In the "My Tips" section you will be able to add a tip about any venue listed on the site. Simply click on the "New Tip" button on the to right corner of the page and fill out the new tip form.

How do I contact The Venue Report?
We have a convient contact us on every page, see the smiley guy to the left, click on him and you can it will take you to a light box, pictured below. Here you can propose questions to anything you need help finding, report bugs to the site and view other questions you may not have though about. If you would like to reach us you can email us at support@venuereport.com and one of our team members should be able to assist you.
