How do I submit a venue for The Venue Report?
If you are a venue GREAT! Please click the button at the upper right of the screen and follow the instructions to submit your venue. You will receive an email with an official invitation allowing you to access the venue submission form.

How do I login to The Venue Report?
Go to /login at the top right corner of the page. Once logged in this login will change to ‘MY PROFILE’ where you can access your dashboard.

What is my profile?
Your profile is your personal dashboard for your: Mail, My Venues, Account and Favorites.

How do I access my mail?
Go to “My Account” and click on the “Mail” tab. You will be able to communicate with venues in there.

How do I access my list of venues?
Login to the site and go to “My Account”, once there, click on “My Venues”. You will see a list of all your venues you have listed with us.

Why does it say Publish, Published, Pending next to my venue name?
The status of your venue profile is shown in italics right to your name identify the current status of your venues profile. If you need to finish your submission form, publish will be shown right next to venues name. Published is that it is currently visible on the site and pending means that it is currently being reviewed to be published.

How do I edit my venues?
Go to “My Account”, click on “My Venues” and find the venue you want to edit. Then click on “Venue Details”, then click on “Edit Venue”. The editing form will come up and you’ll be able to edit every aspect of the listing. Once done, click update. The Venue Report will revise your updates and then republish your venue profile.

Where do I find analytics on my venues?
Go to “My Account”, click on “My Venues” and find the venue you want to look at. Then click on “Venue Details” and you will see the analytics displayed

What is a unique page view?
Aggregates pageviews that are generated by the same user during the same session. A unique pageview represents the number of sessions during which that page was viewed one or more times.

What is bounce rate?
Represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and “bounce” leave the site rather than continue viewing other pages within the same site.

My Party Favors

What is a “Party Favor”?
A party favor is a free gift that a venue offers users when they visit their profile page. “Party Favors” vary per venue and are updated on a regular basis. To download a party favor, simply login to the site, go to the venues profile page and click on the “Party Favor” link on the right sidebar of the page.

How do I add a party favor to my venue?
Go to “MY PROFILE”, click on “MY VENUES” and find the venue you want to edit. Then click on “Venue Details”. At the bottom of the page you will see the “Party Favor” section. In there you will be able to add your venue’s party favor.

How do I edit a party favor to my venue?
Go to “MY PROFILE”, click on “MY VNEUES” and find the venue you want to edit. Then click on “Venue Details”. At the bottom of the page you will see the “Party Favor” section. In there you will be able to edit your venue’s party favor. You can change copy, edit date and/or remove your party favor. Remember to keep this up to date and to remove when your party favor has ended.

How do I change my account password?
Simply go to /my-profile/account, you will find the appropriate fields to change your password.

How do I add a venue to my favorites?
All venues have an “Add to favorites” link that you simply click once to add to your favorites. You must be logged in to do this.

How do I contact The Venue Report?
We have a convient contact us on every page, see the smiley guy to the left, click on him and you can it will take you to a light box. Here you can propose questions to anything you need help finding, report bugs to the site and view other questions you may not have though about.
