Rustic elegance can be found at Alaska Heavenly Lodge. Be our guest on the Kenai Peninsula, centrally located in Cooper Landing, and experience true Alaskan hospitality. Overlooking the Kenai River, and surrounded by the Chugach Mountain Range, AHL creates a peaceful and natural setting. Our Alaskan lodge is an intimate place for single travelers, family reunions, weddings and group events.

Alaska Heavenly Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people and consists of the following three log cabins: the Main Lodge, Mt. Cecil Cabin, and the Russian River Cabin. The Main Lodge and Mt. Cecil Cabin house our guests during their stay, while the Russian River Cabin serves as a common recreational area. Reservations for single rooms, individual cabins, or the entire property are available to visitors.

All our guests are welcome to enjoy the 18 acres of private property that surrounds the lodge. Manicured lawns, flower beds, yard games, a large fire pit with bench seating, and private hiking trails are at your disposal.

The lodge provides a variety of overnight accommodations. We have individual rooms with two queen or two full beds and a private bath available, the Main Lodge and Mt. Cecil Cabin can be rented out independently, or the entire property is yours exclusively with the Lodge Package.

The Main Lodge has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The cabin also has a full kitchen, 16 person dining room table, comfortable sitting area with fireplace, a loft library, and deck overlooking the Kenai River.

Mt. Cecil Cabin has three bedrooms each with two full or two queen beds and a private bathroom. The cabin also has a common area with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, and outdoor picnic area with propane grill for guest’s use.

With each rental at Alaska Heavenly Lodge you have access to our Russian River Cabin with pool table, flat-screen TV with DVD and VHS library, sauna and outdoor hot tub; additionally we welcome you to enjoy our 18 acres of property with private hiking trails, groomed lawns and flowers, large fire pit, and yard games. Venue Features
The Scene:

The Lodge is located on 18 acres overlooking the Kenai River and Chugach Mountain Range. There are three guest cabins on the property, which can accommodate up to 25 overnight guests with a pool table, sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and yard games for your use. We can facilitate weddings up to 75 guests, and ceremonies are often performed outside overlooking the Kenai River from the front lawn, or beneath majestic Mt. Cecil. Receptions are on site in our Russian River Room for up to 30 people, and tents are set up adjacent to the cabin for more than 30 people. This room is equipped with great lighting, plenty of surface area for dining, cake set-up, gift table, or guest book, as well as a 5-speaker stereo system with iPod hook-up and media center. An arbor, tables, chairs, and linens are all included in our packages. Our kitchen has a six-burner and two-oven stove, large refrigerator, and plenty of room to prepare food for the event yourself, or we have had multiple caterers work with us in the past. There is also a large downstairs to the Main Lodge for storage with an extra refrigerator and wine cellar.  

Alaskan weddings are a very unique and individual event. We pride ourselves on customizing pricing and packaging to suit every bride and grooms needs. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this topic further. We recommend a minimum of three days which includes lodging for up to 25 people. We have found that three days is the best way to ensure the bride and groom get the most out of the property, their friends and family, and the enormous effort put into planning a wedding.
