Serving farm-fresh seasonal dishes from Japan and around the world which utilise both old- and new-world cooking techniques, it is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Café by Aman: Offering an indoor and outdoor setting with beautiful green views, the Café is open for lunch and dinner. The menu focuses on European-inspired fare including local seasonal cheeses in crepes and paninis, as well as hearty stews, local meats and fresh seafood. Bars & Lounges: Aman Bar & Lounge: Located in the main reception area and featuring floor-to-ceiling views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and Mount Fuji, the Aman Bar & Lounge is the ideal venue for a drink or snack throughout the day and into the night.
