We do not have overnight accommodations. Our venue has a 2,000 square ft. bridal suite with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and an oversized closet complete with dumbwaiter to send gifts back and forth to the bride and groom during the wedding day. We also have a 2 room suite for the groomsmen as well as their own private bathroom. The suite includes a 50 inch television and games set for their entertainment.

Our fearless leader, Debi, is knowledgeable of all things in and around McKinney,TX and is available to help you connect with top-notch vendors. She is all about making your day as memorable as possible and will let you customize the space as you wish! Most venues will not include tables and chairs in the price, but Avalon wants your day to be as hassle-free as possible so you let us know how many guests will be attending, and we will be sure they are taken care of.

Design:
With a 600 square foot bridal suite on the second floor of a gorgeous ranch house, brides can enjoy sweet moments with their families and bridal parties throughout the day without feeling claustrophobic or lacking mirror space for last minute touch ups. The kitchen allows for an unparalleled space for top caterers to serve guests with the finest foods during their celebrations. The outdoor chapel allows for guests to celebrate sacred moments in the beauty of nature with over 160 of their closest friends and family. If you need a calm setting to relax, enjoy a warm fire at one of our three fire pits or take a calm walk by the water. There is a place for everyone!
Standout Venue Features:
We realize the day is all about you and we WANT the day to be all about you. We give you 12 hours from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. so you will have more than ample time to decorate, get ready, have a beautiful ceremony, and then the time of your life celebrating afterwards. Our landscaping was done by an internationally awarded landscape architect. We have been featured on several blogs including Style Me Pretty and we were rewarded Best of The Knot last year which was thrilling. To say things are beautiful would be a tremendous understatement.  

There are several "best" things with our venue. Ones we believe make your wedding unforgettable are the many places your guests can enjoy on the property - the pergolas, the fabulous rooms in the ranch house, the deck for dancing, the authentic bar, the lake - the possibilities are endless. No one is going to get tired of sitting at the same table all evening. Not only is it much more enjoyable for your guest to not be stuck in a "box room", you don't have to pay thousands of dollars to decorate to make the place look beautiful. Avalon Legacy Ranch is beautiful inside and outside.

Several amenities come with our facility and are included with the price. If you have a weekday wedding - the price is much less than a wedding on the weekend.

The Franklin Chapel:
Across from the bridge, the Franklin chapel blends into nature as the perfect setting for your outdoor ceremony - a hint of nature - a hint of the divine as the chapel rises above the two of you as you complete your vows.
- View: You will drive up a narrow path enjoying the cattle in the field next to you, until the expanse opens up and your see the glorious Colorado Style lodge. Inside the decor is valued at $150,00 - each room spectacular.
