Baja Luna was established in 2018 and is the extraordinary result of two dedicated entrepreneurs’ desire to create an unforgettable space for people to gather, celebrate life’s important milestones, and savour top-notch cuisine in the heart of Los Cabos.

Baja Luna is a dreamy, exclusive use event venue nestled among a working mango farm in San Jose del Cabo, and prides itself on high-quality food and a beautiful aesthetic, with distinct elements that honour the tradition of the Baja.

Growing on the property is a variety of fruit, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. The crops, grown with love, will be used to produce beautiful meals. 

The property offers several different areas to host a ceremony and reception, each with varying capacity. Dependent upon which area you choose for your ceremony, Baja Luna can accommodate hundreds of guests. The iconic Chapel is the beating heart of Baja Luna. It was an important part of our concept, which envelopes a certain hacienda vibe. What makes the chapel so unique, is that it was designed in honour of the moon. There are eight sections of the chapel, each representing one of the eight phases of the moon, and each with a powerful meaning.

Baja Luna is technically a private event venue, but we wanted to share it with the community, so we have started hosting a weekly pop-up dinner on Wednesday nights. The meal is a gourmet four-course tasting menu with wine pairings, crafted by chef Tadd Chapman using home grown and locally sourced ingredients. This is a unique dining eperience that you will not find anywhere else in Cabo. Seating is limited!

Extra Perks:
Baja Luna is one of the only venues in the Baja with a late noise curfew. We can host events that continue all night long. We are also the largest turn-key venue in los cabos, offering beautifully manicured grounds that make beautiful settings for events. Our versatile property also has intimate areas for very small groups.

Open air chapel, perfect for ceremonies, intimate dinners, and DJ Dance Parties
- View: This beautiful building was designed as a nod to the moon. Each if the 8 sections of the chapel represent the 8 phases of the moon and their meanings.

The Janney Garden:
This grassed garden includes bistro lighting and is a a great location for a reception with 140 guets or less.
- View: This is a manicured grass lawn surrounded by lush landscaping with a view of the chapel on one side.

The Diamond Garden:
The largest venue at Baja Luna was thoughtfully planned with production in mind and offers hidden access points for producers to enter with staging, tenting, lighting, etc.
- View: The space is grassed with landscaped walls on two side, and views of the chapel on the other side. Before dark you can see the pountains all along the eastern side.

The Pool:
the pool area is a clean an manicured area that is perfect for cocktail hour, after party, or even a recepotion. It incudes bistro lighting and a built in bar and show kitchen
- View: The pool has beautiful views of the mountains on both sides, and is surrounded with lush landscaping, 4 pool cabanas, and at one end, a beautiful bar and show kitchen with pizza oven.

The Tunnel of Lights:
this long and narrow tunnel of lights is a beautiful spot for a dramatic meal with up to 42 people.
