Bistro 100 Maneiras Est. 2010
Largo Trindade Coelho 9, Lisboa, Portugal
- If you feel like having a quiet dinner, ask for a table upstairs. That's also where you get the best views of the city. But if you're a party lover, don't hesitate to stay on our ground floor: that's where the bar is located and real action happens!
- Ask our waiters about our weekly suggestions. In addition to the fixed menu, suggestions are added based on what the market has to offer and what the chef feels like cooking. Just like we're home.
- Every third Friday of the month, we celebrate Bistro's Holy Friday by offering our clients a shot of Milagro. Enjoy! And if you're not sure about what cocktail to order from our list, let our bartenders know your tastes, they'll be happy to help you. And who knows if you don't end up inspiring a new a cocktail with your name?

- Food, Restaurants, Cafes:
At Bistro, the choice is made à la carte, with creations designed from the traditional Portuguese, Yugoslavian, French and Italian gastronomy, with an author’s touch and inspirations brought from the travels, experiences and tastes of Ljubo, without pre-arranged limits. From foie gras to testicles, from shellfish to game, from “luxury” products to less known ones. A menu that includes suggestions to share, a section for the “brave”, seasonal dishes, successes that refuse to leave the table regardless of the season and, of course, an inevitable happy ending.

- Cocktail Bar:
It’s the first thing you see when you enter Bistro 100 Maneiras and one of the reasons why so many people visit our address. Much more than a simple extension of the restaurant, Bistro’s bar is a space known on its own, recognized by its original creations and considered by many to be the best bar in the city. It’s not (just) our words – in 2014, in an article about Lisbon, Monocle highlighted it as “the perfect place to chink a glass after a day on the cobblestones”.
Located in Bistro 100 Maneiras, it’s no wonder that many of the ingredients used in the bar come from the kitchen. Herbs, fruits and other products are the main stars of many of the signature cocktails produced at Bistro 100 Maneiras. Many of them were created for the book “100 Cocktails 100 Maneiras”, published in November 2015: the result of a trip made in the search for the best national ingredients to create cocktails with a Portuguese soul. Between author creations, reinterpretations of classics and some unavoidable names, a trip to Bistro’s bar can start in 100 different ways but it will always end the same way: with glasses raised high, to toast to the great pleasures of life.
Hendrick's Room:
A dining room that's a work of art: that’s Hendrick’s Room, at Bistro 100 Maneiras. A private space, for exclusive moments, where the irreverent spirit of 100 Maneiras is associated with the dynamic and provocative world of Hendrick’s. Born from the imagination and the hands of Mário Belém and Filipe Pinto Soares, Hendrick’s Room gathers the illustrations of the first and the technical installations of the second and intends to be “Lisbon’s best-kept secret”. In the popular walls, Hendrick’s botanicals serve as inspiration, with ingredients such as orange peel, cumin, lemon, cucumber, chamomile and coriander, among others, celebrating the pleasure of eating and drinking. The secret itself is hidden between the walls: a panel which allows full customization of the dining room according to the mood of its guests. In this panel, you can activate a LED scheme with 128 random programs, control the intensity of the ceiling and wall lights and even connect a smartphone to choose the music. The result is always a different experience, designed to fit the moment and the wishes of its guests. In Hendrick’s Room, you can find two seats by the window. Because this room can be adapted to any occasion, this corner becomes the perfect place for intimate dinners, overlooking Chiado and the Tagus. Bigger reunions can happen too, as the room can accommodate up to 10 people.
Bistro's Bedroom:
The project, signed by the Portuguese studio HA + JE Arquitectura, had ambitions to respect and dignify the already existing, promoting intimacy, on one hand, and the conviviality, sharing and proximity, on the other, with a line of leather sofas that extend in line, interspersed by tables. The brass lamps, on the tables, contribute to the welcoming environment, further emphasized by the carpet that enhances comfort and is associated with the concept of this room. A place where liquid and solid dreams are served. Cocktails and snacks for dinner - or before after dinner. A room for intimate pleasures, where smoking is allowed, with the lascivious hand of chef Ljubomir Stanisic.
