Bliss Ridge is an exquisite, one-of-a-kind, boutique events venue, offering unmatched views and ambiance. We host all manners of events from romantic elopements to casual barbeque and bluegrass parties, to black-tie and crystal chandelier weddings. We only host 10 large events per year and never more than one per weekend.

The fee range listed is to illustrate our custom-oriented nature. Our mission is to offer the most flexibility possible to the client––rather than binding you to work with specific vendors, we leave those choices to you, thereby allowing you the freedom to choose where to allocate your budget and implement your personal style, to the end result of a one-of-a-kind dream wedding, whether your style is a laid-back barn-dance-style event featuring friends with instruments, or a 10-course black tie affair with a jazz ensemble. Having said that, the owner is a designer/coordinator and offers a range of services from handling complete "turn-key" weddings (all coordination/design from hiring vendors to décor to dessert) as well as various a' la carte services such as sign-painting and table scape design. You are however not required to work with the proprietress; DIY and other planners welcome. 
The current base site fee inclusive of furniture, spaces, etc. is $5800. Bar Service, Catering, Restrooms are separate charges. No Lodging on site.

We do not offer on-site accommodations at Bliss Ridge, however we do have a very cute, rustic-chic "bridal parlour" ("grooms room") dressing space. 

There are several Air BnB properties on this road, and we are 15 minutes from both Waitsfield and Waterbury, 25 from Montpelier, Stowe & Sugarbush, and 45 from downtown Burlington.

The proprietress' husband looks like Paul Newman and you can rent him to drive your guests to the ceremony meadow in a haywagon! Said proprietress also is an amazing chef and event designer/ planner and can be hired a la carte for services, or plan your whole event from soup to nuts. Bliss Ridge garlic is outrageous and makes a stunning party favor/ plate décor.

Venue Features
The Scene:
Bliss Ridge is a magical hill farm; 88 acres of pristine meadows and forest, featuring incredible, undeveloped, 360-degree panoramic mountain views. Our historic timber frame wedding barn dates to 1898 and can be romantic and intimate or seat 225 comfortably for dinner. We are a working farm, yet the ambiance is tidy and pristine; our bucolic cattle and ducks can be seen in the distance and gardens abound. We produce organic, grass-fed beef and amazing, organic garlic. There are several locations on the property to exchange vows, and the photo ops abound. 
Design:
Our timber frame wedding barn dates to 1898; it is an authentic barn on the historic registrar-–not a "fake" or replica structure made to resemble an old structure. Our several timber frame structures are kept ship-shape, as are the 88 acres of meadow and forest. 
Standout Venue Features:
Our venue easily offers the most panoramic view of any event site in Vermont, as well as is the only one we know of in Vermont that books only one event per weekend, and allows maximum flexibility to the client in selecting vendors and doing DIY. We also have an on-site coordinator for hire, that can do anything from small touches to turn-key events. 
Extra Perks:
A plethora of unique, antique tables and props are included, as are all the dining tables, 200 blonde wooden chairs, cocktail tables with umbrellas, adirondack chairs, all lighting, caterers staging tables and various signage and décor.
