Venue Setting

For many of the past hundred years, the Farm was a place where the community gathered. The original Farmhouse and Smokehouse were built c1895 and for much of the 20th century the farm was a working, dairy farm offering local residents fresh dairy products. After several generations of various use, our family converted the property to a family-oriented, agriculturally oriented farm that enables our family and guests to experience an authentic rural lifestyle in close proximity to a major city. The Farm is a complete, sustainable environment with domestic animals, organic gardening of fruits, vegetables and flowers, honeybees, ponds teeming with fish, meadows, pastures surrounded by planted pine forests and hardwoods. 

Overnight accommodations include 3 cabins and a 4 BR Garden Cottage with 10 King and Queen Size beds and ample kitchen and bathroom facilities. The cabins are situated around a stone, saline pool and hot tub, and adjacent to the Fireplace Pavilion and Wedding Barn. Included on site are also a Great Lawn suitable for lawn games or a large tent, regulation Beach Volleyball court and miles of hiking/biking trails.

The Farm rents to only one party at a time, 10 beds in the 3 Sisters Cabins and Garden Cottage. Lodging prices do not include 9% taxes a cleaning fee of $400 per stay and a refundable security deposit.

The farm offers overnight accommodattions for around 22 adults in cabins on site.  We can handle hundreds for weddings and receptions.  We also have ample space for men and women dressing areas, public bathrooms, onsite pool, meadows, and wedding barn.

The Farm was a dairy farm serving the local community for most of the 20th century and the original barn still has the original "area" designed for cows to stand while being milked---a concrete indention in the floor which leads out to a waste receptacle. Occasionally, guests when hiking find old milk bottles and milk cans from the dairy!

The Scene:
Located less than one hour from Atlanta's airport, Bogle Farm is situated on over 300 acres of pristine natural beauty with towering pines, oaks and wildlife. With overnight accommodations for 20 adults, mutliple venues incuding southern gardens, massive stone fireplace and rustic covered barn Bogle Farm has the peaceful feel of a being in a rural environment but with all the amenities of a resort property. For weddings, family reunions or corporate events the Farm offers a variety of activities, amazing locations for memorable photos and is within a few minutes of Callaway Gardens, Warm Springs (FDR's Little White House) and the lovely southern towns of LaGrange and Greenville Georgia. Guests' typically comment on the tranquil, peaceful environment of the Farm and the comfortable surroundings.  
Design:
With several structures designed by noted southern architect Keith Summerour and a master design conceived by natioanally renowned landscape architect Robert Mitchell, visitors to the farm are greeted with a massive wooden gate handcrafted by the Amish community in Pennsylvania. The winding roads and horse fences (thoughtfully designed with no right corners or right angles!) provide a sense of peace and openess which is unique even in farm and rural environments.  
Standout Venue Features:
The iconic Fireplace Pavilion is crafted from massive stones salvaged from the property and 130 year old salvaged bricks and is a constant focal point for memorable photo shoots and of course S'mores! The 35,000 gallon saline swimming pool is crafted from Georgia and Tennesse stone and provides the perfect place to relax or unwind and is situated just steps from the cabins. A few yards away, the Great Lawn and Wedding Barn can accommodate hundreds of visitors with ample parking and "real" toilet facilities (no 'porta potties' at the Farm!) 
Extra Perks:
Bogle Farm provides event guest with ample tables, chairs and a PA system with 8 channel mixing board as well as all set-up and clean-up. Afterall, this is YOUR special weekend...we want you to relax and enjoy yourself while our staff worries about the details!

Britney's Wedding Barn:
The Barn is constructed with a unique Monitor Roof design with partial cladding using rough sawn pine timbers, and sliding, custom built barn doors, 3 chandeliers and ceiling fans, ample storage space and prep areas for caterers and vendors.

Ava's Garden:
Ava's Garden in a traditional southern garden with a manicured, 1500 square foot lawn, and hand-crafted cedar arbor and numerous raised vegetable and flower beds, fruit trees and herb garden.

Fireplace Pavilion and Great Lawn:
The 100X50 manicured bermuda turf lawn is anchored by a raised pavilion with massive stone fireplace---perfect for larger gatherings, outdoor bar and cocktail areas as well as the placement of a large tent.
