Central Standard is a bar & grill on South Congress Avenue. A tribute to America's culinary roots, the menu features nostalgic classics like grilled chicken, prime rib and cheese dip. The pastry program showcases throwback large-format cakes and tartes including tropical cheesecake and devil’s food cake. The bar program features large-format cocktails to share and more than 100 wine labels. The bar & grill is home to a wrap-around patio, a private dining room, four TVs for optimal sports viewing and an outdoor foosball table.
