The Circle Bar B Guest Ranch is an ideal location for your special day as it offers both the seclusion of a private ranch wedding and the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty that defines Southern California. Nestled in the hills of Refugio Canyon just a few miles north of beautiful Santa Barbara, the ranch is set on over 1,100 acres of Private Land that includes endless stunning views of the surrouding mountains, canyons, creeks, native Oak & Walnut trees, and the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. The ranch was established in 1939, and has been welcoming families, couples and groups for vacations, horseback riding, and private events for decades. 

Exclusive Use & Amenities
All of our weddings are destination-style weddings, with the entire ranch reserved for your use for the weekend. Our property features some of the most beautiful ceremony and reception sites on the California Coast and can accommodate up to 150 event guests. The entire ranch will be reserved exlusively for you and your guests, including our main lodge and bar, libarary, large banquet dining room, game room, conference room, outdoor deck space, pool and hot tub, outdoor fire pit, hiking trails, and 18 Overnight Accommodations. We provide all catering for the weekend, and have a large dining room, full commercial kitchen and professional kitchen staff, and outdoor dining spaces available. Any space on the property is available for wedding photography including our stables and horses, trails, scenic lookout points, creek and waterfall areas, and more. 

Overnight Accommodations
The Circle Bar B Ranch has 18 Overnight Accommodations, including Cabins, Rooms, and Cottages, and can accommodate up to 70 guests overnight on the property. Our accommodations range in size, and sleep between 2-8 guests each depending on the unit. Prices for the overnight accommodations include meals for the weekend for any overnight guests, including the rehearsal dinner, 2 breakfasts, and the reception dinner.

The Circle Bar B Guest Ranch has 18 Overnight Accommodations available on the property including cabins, cottages and rooms. The ranch can sleep up to 70 guests total on the property overnight. 

Ranch Rooms - There are 5 ranch rooms available on the property, each with a King bed and either a Queen sleeper sofa or twin bunk beds, wet bar area, private bathrooms, heat/AC, and a large shared deck with spectacular views of the canyon. 

Private Cabins - There are 7 Private Cabins on the property, which are studio-style rooms with a King bed or Queen bed, and 2 units also have an open-air loft with a full-size bed. Each unit also has a Private bathroom, a wood-burning stove and a Private Deck with views of the surrounding trees and the canyon. 

Junior Suite - 1 unit availabe, cozy room with a King bed, and large bathroom with granite shower and large jacuzzi-style bathtub. 

2-Bedroom Cabin - 1 unit available, 2 bedrooms each with a King bed, a small living room area with a wood burning stove, wet bar area, one bathroom, and a Private deck. 

Creekside Cottages - 2 units available, spacious 1-bedroom cabins with a King bed in the bedroom, and a living room with wood floors, large stone fireplace, and a wet bar, one bathroom, and a porch area. 

Hillside Homesteads - 2 units available. Our largest cabins on the property, 2-story units with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a King bed and the second upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with twin bunk beds. The living room has wood floors, couches, a large stone fireplace, and a wet bar area. 

We also have rooms availabe for use as dressing areas/bridal suites including our Conference Room and our Game Room. The Conference Room is typicall used as a bridal suite, and is a spacious room with a stone fireplace, several outlets, a large private deck and a wet bar area. Our Game Room is often used as a Groomsmen dressing area, and is equipped with with couches, billiards, a fireplace and a separate living-room style room with a TV and couch seating area.

The Scene:
Our ranch was established in 1939 and is set on over 1,100 acres of Private Land in Refugio Canyon, complete with canyons, creeks, waterfalls, native Oak & Walnut trees, mountain & ocean views, and more. Our wedding packages offer complete exlusive use of the ranch, and offer you a chance to enjoy the scenic natural beauty of the area with your friends and family. Facilities on the ranch include our main lodge with a large stone fireplace, full bar, banquet dining room, game room with billiards, conference room, outdoor deck spaces, pool and hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and overnight accommodations. Some features on the property perfect for photo-ops include the lush natural scenery, the stables & horses, a beach shack from Refugio Beach in the 1800's, and endless canyon and mountain views. 
Design:
Our main lodge is designed in a luxury rustic western style with vaulted cielings with exposed wood beams, wood floors, a wood-burning stone fireplace, a large saloon-style bar, and rock and stone features. The ranch also includes several outdoor dining spaces including our vine-covered arbor and deck space surrounded by 100 year-old Walnut trees. Our indoor banquet dining room includes exposed wood and vaulted cielings with wood beams. 
Standout Venue Features:
Amenities on the property include our main lodge and bar, dining room, game room with billiards, conference room, outdoor deck space, outdoor fire pit, pool and hot tub, hiking trails, free parking, guided horseback riding tours, and more. Refugio State beach is just 3 miles down the road and provides guests with the opportunity for ocean swims, surfing, kayaking tours, dolphin-spotting and more. 

The ranch property includes a full working stables complete with authentic cowboys, a tack room and livery, horses, scenic horse trails, and guided tours that offer stunning views of the canyons, creeks, waterfall, mountains, and Pacific Ocean. By request, our cowboys can take you and your guests on sunrise tours, sunset tours, an Private rides. 

All guests have free access to our hiking trails, which provides miles of scenic trails through the surrounding mountains and canyons. Some features on the property that are accessible via our hiking trails include our hidden 40-foot waterfall and swimming hole, creeks, and stunning lookout points.
