Our open vendor policy allows you to create a truly personalized event. Conveniently located in Upstate South Carolina, the Duncan Estate is only one mile from downtown Spartanburg and a short distance from Greenville, Anderson, Columbia, Charlotte and Asheville. Contact us to schedule an event consultation and venue tour.

Additional Charges

Saturdays - $3,200 for up to 100 guests
Fridays and Sundays - $2,700 for up to 100 guests
Mondays thru Thursdays - $1,600 for up to 100 guests
Please add $10 for each additional guest (includes tables and chairs for additional guests)
Maximum capacity at the Duncan Estate is 200 guests
All rentals must also include a $500 refundable Security Deposit, and a WedSafe Liability Insurance policy

Three-tiered formal garden area and wrought iron gazebo for outdoor wedding ceremony
P.A. system with wireless lapel microphone for ceremony amplification
Use of the historic estate house and four acres for reception
1800 sq ft brick patio with 30' x 60' white party tent, equipped with string lights, ceiling fans and music speakers
Speakers under the tent and on the patio for surround sound amplified musical entertainment (DJ & iPod compatible)
Use of (100) white wood chairs with padded seats 
Use of (13) 60” round banquet tables
Use of (6) high-top cocktail tables
Use of (6) 6’ rectangle tables
Easel for portrait display & Wire birdcage for card collection
Parking attendants (on-site parking for 60 cars, off-site parking for 200 cars)
Bridal Suite dressing room with Bose sound system for the bride and bridesmaids
Groom’s Den for the gentlemen
Bottle of Duncan Estate sparkling wine for the bride & groom
Direction cards for inclusion with the invitations
One-hour rehearsal time (scheduled based upon availability)
