Located in the heart of Australia’s premium wine country, only a mere 2hr drive from Sydney. Tuscany Wine Estate is home to 38 rooms, The Mill Restaurant and Brokenback bar offering you two different dining experiences whilst providing you with 180° uninterrupted views of the vineyards and Brokenback ranges, this is wine country at its best!

Our rooms are divided up between the Olive Grove rooms which overlook our dam area, swimming pool and young olive trees which can sleep up to 5 guests. The Vineyard view rooms are at the top of our property and offer guests a perfect outlook over the vineyards and can accommodate 2 guests per room in the comfortable queen size ensemble.

The Mill Restaurant offers a fine dining experience for groups of 10 to 150. Our executive Chef Emilio Llausas offers a Modern Australian menu to suit the authentic Hunter Valley view; focusing on fresh quality produce we can work with you to develop a menu specific to your group’s requirements. The Brokenback bar offers a casual dining experience with tapas banquet & BBQ style menus as well as extensive beverages available. If it’s a BBQ you are after we offer either a create-your-own style menu or our chef can cook for you and your guests on our terrace whilst you relax. Whatever the dining experience you are looking for Tuscany has it covered.

We have a variety of conference spaces available to suit your particular style and numbers. The Conservatory is our Tuscan style room with stunning French doors opening out to our rose garden and dam area. This space lends itself to intimate dinners and small conferences of up to 30 guests and gives you the feeling you are not in a corporate setting at all. The Fountain View Room, located opposite our restaurant and bar is the perfect space for a conference, product launch or team building. With ample natural light and contemporary style, this space is sure to impress and can seat up to 125 guests in a theatre style setting. We can easily arrange team building and day trips with many activities such as cooking schools; golf, horse riding and hot air ballooning located close by. Here at Tuscany Wine Estate Resort we pride ourselves on creating personalised packages for each of our functions and work with you to create menus and activities that will ensure each of your guests walk away after an unforgettable and heart warming experience.

The Conservatory is a unique meeting space which is located just off the reception area. Overlooking the rose garden, swimming pool and dam area, this room has a Tuscan style and gives you the feeling that you are not in a corporate setting at all. This space can also be used for intimate private dinners or team building activities such as Winemakers Dinners and our Signature Cooking School.

The Brokenback Bar:
The Brokenback Bar is Tuscany Wine Estate’s quirky child. Playing chilled and upbeat music with relaxed seating both inside and out; enjoy the open fireplace in winter or the alfresco terrace in summer whilst enjoying the laid back menu of tapas, wood fired pizza, pasta and cook-your-own BBQ. Cocktails, local wines, sweet treats and a selection of Movenpick ice cream add an interesting flavour to your dining experience. The Brokenback Bar is ideal for a cocktail function or a seated dinner on the terrace.

The Mill Restaurant
Easily identified by the windmill located on the corner of Hermitage Road and Mistletoe Lane, The Mill Restaurant boosts views of the picturesque Hunter Valley wine country and the Brokenback ranges. This uniquely Australian building is located on a gentle hill and designed around a courtyard which allows for many options when organising weddings, conferences and special celebrations.

The Mill Restaurant opens to house guests and visitors whether breakfast, lunch or dinner the modern Australian menu is a minimum two course order with choices to please everyone from ‘gourmet foodies’ to traditional styles with a twist.

Our extensive wine list favours the stunning wines of the Hunter Valley, focusing on family owned boutique wineries. This comprehensive list also has some out-of-towners and international wines in order to offer varietals outside of Semillon and Shiraz.

The Brokenback BBQ & Tapas Bar

With al fresco dining offering anything from Movenpick ice‑cream, wood-fired pizza’s, gourmet pasta’s, cheese & mezze plates, cook your own BBQ and extensive tapas menu, beer on tap or just a relaxing place for a coffee.
