The concept is simple - exquisite décor, breathtaking sunsets, and the freshest ingredients marrying the finest cocktails all mixed together to create a happy mess, a jolly time, a memorable mélange for your special day. Experimental Beach Ibiza opened its doors onto the beaches of southern Ibiza’s Ses Salinas in May 2013. The restaurant, bar and beach is the latest opening from the group behind Experimental Cocktail Club in London, Paris and New York, as well as Paris’ Beef Club, Fish Club & Ballroom and London's latest Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, Seven Dials. The new venue brings a fresh, youthful nostalgia mixed with the innocence of summer love to Ibiza. From the golden, hazy sunrise to the striking beachfront sunset, Experimental Beach will be the ideal place for your private beach ceremony and for you and your loved ones to escape for marvelous cocktails, fresh local food and an unforgettable evening.

Experimental Beach is JUST about the sunsets, though they are some of the best on the island. During the day, we have sunbeds aplenty, wonderful lunches, cocktails and fresh juices - the perfect lazy day on the White Isle!

Venue Features
The scene:
Experimental Beach is set amongst the picturesque Salinas natural park. The bar & restaurant is set on the beach, overlooking the sea where the sunset is one of the best on the island. The bar, with drinks by the team behind Experimental Cocktail Club, is set in a vintage boat making for stunning pictures.
Design:
Experimental Beach was designed by Dorothée Meilichzon (designer of the year, Maison & Objet 2015). The space is awash with a hippy chic, bohemian vibe. Picture light blues & whites, ikat prints scattered amongst sunbeds and an outdoor dining room.
Standout venue features:
The team at Experimental Beach is the same team that runs Experimental Cocktail Club, so cocktails are great here. We have lovely punches, signatures cocktails, etc. Our access to the beach is free, yet not for the faint of heart as it has a bit of a rocky entry! Experimental Beach is also very private, so guests will benefit from having an exclusive feel, not surrounded by other bars & restaurants
