Chuntuac offers lodging for up to ten guests between the four lovingly restored modern suites. Multiple covered terraces and natural water pools allow ample spaces to rest and relax with your closest friends and family before and after your wedding day. For the day of your event, choose from the three distinctly different gardens and four terrace areas to create the perfect flow and vision for you and your guests. The gardens are filled with mature fruit trees and massive palms. The Morsica Terrace features photo-worthy original Moorish wooden arches. The brightly colored Chapel, dating back to 1700, offers another historic backdrop for your celebration.
The Mayan word “Chuntuac” translates to ‘beginning’ in English, giving your event an extra special meaning.
- Design:
- Our original wooden arches on the Morrish Terrace and intimate chapel dating back to the 17th century in the Chapel Garden will amaze your guests with their photo-worthy appearance. The Tamarind Terrace provides an intimate space for gathering under this fairy-tale-like, two hundred years old fruit tree.
- Standout Venue Features:
- Located in the Cuxtal Nature Reserve, the green and lush surroundings, birdsong, and cool breezes through the trees provide the best backdrop for nature lovers.
