With both indoor and outdoor areas, Park Winters is a venue for all seasons. With the 1865 Victorian Mansion, event barn, beautiful gardens lawn, almond orchard, and lounge spaces, Park Winter’s offers a variety of options to meet the wishes of each guest. Since we serve only one party at a time, the entire estate is yours while you are here and the sky is the limit with what you can do! The most popular, most requested signature cocktail of 2014? That would be head bartender Jay's mango habanero margarita. Since 1865, the Park Winters Estate has been privileged to be part of the history of Winters, California. From its founding, generations of families have toasted to life and good health on the grounds. It is now our pleasure to be able to have guests enjoy spending time in simple country luxury. Whether you are taking dip in the resort-like beach entry heated pool or exploring the original foreman's quarters, you will be transported to a simpler time, with all the modern luxuries of today.
Design:
Our Victorian mansion boasts original hardwoods, moldings and antiques, combined with new and modern furniture and amenities. Every feature of the property stays true to this aesthetic.

Sunken Garden:

Our award winning kitchen offers land-inspired fine dining, sourcing many of the ingredients from our own grounds. Our chef and farm manager work closely together to utilize unique, seasonal produce at peak flavor and quality. Experience the ultimate in farm-to-fork dining at Park Winters.
Bars & Lounges:
The Citrus Lounge - on the South side of the mansion, this intimate spot is both cozy and central. The citrus tree blossoms will lull you into a late summer haze. The Mulberry Lounge - share drinks and laughter under the twinkling market lights while the candles around this lounge warm up the darkening evening sky. The North Patio Lounge - take in the sites of the rich land and mountains, endless skyline, and glorious Fall trees while you stroll with friends The Pool Bar - upon request, we will set up a bar by the Saltwater Pool to create your epic cocktail party. The Main Bar - central to everything! Belly up to the bar and let our bartenders blow your mind wide open with our signature array of top-shelf cocktails, beer, and local award-winning wines!
