The location, layout, features, and ambiance of La Dolce Vita make it a versatile venue that can accommodate events of varying scale and purpose, from romantic and immensely intimate occasions, such as weddings or anniversary celebrations to grand, corporate produced events during the Coachella Festival.

La Dolce Vita is available for 3-night rentals in conjunction with a single-day event. The newly constructed living quarters include a chic main residence with a king suite, minimalist-contemporary decor, an outdoor kitchen, theater room, and patio with gas fire pit. Along one of the property's grand, manicured lawns is a detached guest casita with a king bed, private bath, kitchen and living room. Ample parking at a neighboring lot is available for rent.

Coming soon-a 3,000 square ft. linear pool with Dwell-inspired modular "container" casita with two additional bedrooms. 

A perfect mix of smart, modern design with discerning use (and reuse) of natural materials are balanced with formal equestrian elements and thoughtful amenities.

The living quarters are structures of reclaimed wood and weathered steel. The minimalist main residential space features polished concrete floors, rectangle panel wood walls, timeless leather sofas, quartz and stone sculptures, natural hide rugs, a serene king-suite, stainless appliances in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens and a patio with a central fire pit and views down the length of the estate.

The detached guest casita, with a kitchen/living area, bedroom with king bed and private bath flanks the central lawn.

One of our favorite spaces is the incredibly handsome tack room, with its tobacco walls, brass hardware, weathered saddles and polo equipment, and its adjoining lounge room, which gives you the most dramatic and gorgeously framed view of the property's vibrant green grass.

La Dolce Vita is an expansive property, with meticulous sprawling green lawns and intimate enclaves formed by stables, patios, gardens, and pool.

Enter through the formal box hedging to a quaint garden with citrus trees and a fountain. An immaculate, handsome set of stables separate the first grand lawn, which is bordered by the pool and row of palm trees, from the main living quarters and entry garden. At the end of this central lawn are two imposing trees that frame the path to the largest of the lawns which ends at the impeccably raked horse arena.
