Lairmont Manor is a historic landmark estate tucked away in the Edgemoor neighborhood of Fairhaven. Most local residents are familiar with the estate as an elegant venue for celebrations of all kinds, largely weddings. Lairmont draws in guests and new friends each year who come to treasure and admire its stunning architectural details, beautiful gardens and impeccably kept grounds. The architectural preservation of Lairmont Manor is truly astounding considering it's age. In its 100 years of existence, ways of life and times have changed around it, residents have come and gone and thousands of people have passed through celebrating monumental life events. Amazingly through all of this, the quality of its original structure, its character, and the warmth of its walls are still fully intact.

Couples who are looking for an intimate, picturesque and extraordinary venue to share with family and friends choose Lairmont Manor for their celebrations. This century old Italian Renaissance-style estate has remarkable beauty and history in every direction. 

Our Grand Hall features vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, decorative wrought iron and original wood paneling. All of the original interior and architectural details carefully curated by Francis Larrabee during the original construction are still intact today. On the stage of the Grand Hall sits a Steinway baby grand piano and a viewing balcony, a perfect spot for throwing the bouquet.

The Manor itself is surrounded by extensive award winning gardens. You'll find a pavilion and a courtyard with a fountain and statuary. An impressive variety of seasonal plants and flowers are maintained by our talented gardening staff.

The formal port-cochere allows the bridal party to arrive and depart in style—by horse and carriage, limousine or classic car.

Although there are no overnight accomodations on-site, Lairmont Manor offers a beautiful bridal dressingroom in the downstairs area connected to a spacious lounge area large enough for the entire wedding party to relax prior to the wedding. We also have a small room off of the grand hall for addition space to get ready.
