Mindaribba House is situated at Paterson, just two and quarter hours north of Sydney in the Hunter Valley. The house was built in 1885 on the banks of the Paterson River. It is perfect for the couple who want complete privacy on their wedding day. Book the entire property for the weekend and it will feel like your own. We can provide assistance and suggestions for all your needs, these include , catering, celebrant, flowers, photography, accommodation for guests and transport. There are a number of locations around the extensive gardens which are perfect for your ceremony and photos. Mindaribba House can be transformed into any theme or style. The old style stables, cattle yards and unique 1885 house and recycled timber barn offer stunning photo opportunities. Seats 130 comfortably inside with room for another 30 on the verandah. The room boasts vaulted ceilings, integrated Bose System with indoor and outdoor speakers, soft lighting, a log fire to warm the reception room in the colder months and an air conditioner for those warmer months, 8 french doors which open to the gardens. The venue also includes two bars, one bar outside made of hand carved sandstone and the second bar in the venue room made of a rustic hardwood (5m long x 2m wide). The room combines contemporary design with historical charm. Mindarriba House Caterer Mason Restaurant is the exclusive caterer for Mindaribba House. After opening in November 2011, Restaurant Mason received its first Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Award, One Chef Hat in it’s first year and three consecutive years there after. Since then it has gone from strength to strength opening Mason catering early in 2013, which is now exclusive to Mindaribba House.

We are very excited to introduce Masons owners husband and wife team Chris and Ami and Chef Mat. They are more than happy to accommodate you if there are any special menu requirements or menu changes.
