Office Party is a 5,000 square foot bow truss and brick warehouse with 30-foot ceilings with an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor green space. Oversized skylights and massive rolling doors bathe the building in natural light. A large glassed-in conference room on the mezzanine level acts as the centerpiece.

The Scene:: We bought this busted 1920s warehouse because it had beautiful old bones. A huge, original, coved bow truss ceiling that is 30 feet high, simple cement floors and brick walls (CLASSIC!) -- We spared no expense and hired the best team on the planet to bring new life to this place. Situated across the street from the Gold Line train, and right along the Arroyo (the classic turn of the century highway stretching between historic Pasadena & DTLA) we are proudly part of our favorite neighborhood in Los Angeles - Highland Park... This neighborhood really embodies everything we believe about LA - hustle, grit, craftsmanship, and creativity are the ingredients but the final product is a mixed bag of thoughtful establishments ranging from methodically restored industrial buildings being repurposed as creative office space, alongside world-class restaurants with James Beard award-winning Chef Nancy Silverton. THIS IS THE NEW LOS ANGELES!
Design:: Our aesthetic was born out of a love for Mid Century modern furniture, art, and modern Califonia design. Our sister company YEAH! Rentals had a hand in connecting the design team and design elements with a functionality that makes it possible for several companies (YEAH! Rentals, YEAH! Furniture, YEAH! Weddings, The Flashdance, Smilebooth, & Sharkpig) to coexist in the space with a unique event space with world-class production capabilities. Some words to describe the design are minimal, modern, white on white... But words fall short when describing design... Come on by and let us show you around!

Did you catch our last Gentlemen Journal Report on the ever-inspiring and jack of all trades, Michael Antonia? If so, you've already heard the hype around his latest new project, Office Party, opening soon in the City of Angels. But as you know, we are all creatively stronger in packs and Michael has the best team by his side.

With partners from Shark Pig, this trio has dreamt up exciting plans for the space and aims to host a plethora of events including speaking engagements, brainstorming & networking events, movie nights, dance parties, chef driven dinners, coffee pop ups, workshops and more. Watch out L.A.! There's a new venue in town.
