- Food, Restaurants, Cafes:
- Dining at Royal Malewane is a unique and indulgent experience with a constantly changing menu and a wide variety of beautiful settings in which to savor the contemporary cuisine prepared by Executive Chef, Brandon Souris and his dedicated team.
Exquisite plating is second nature to the chefs at Royal Malewane for whom cuisine is certainly an art.
When that art is served in one of Africa’s most breath taking locations, the dining experience becomes truly sublime. The cuisine is complemented by a natural canvas to savour as much as the delicate flavours with the dining area overlooking the Malewane River where a variety of curious creatures great and small venture to slake their thirst.
All meals, soft drinks, spirits and wines are included in the accommodation rates at Royal Malewane allowing our guests to completely relax and enjoy the endless temptations available.
- Bars & Lounges:
- In addition to the main lodge, Royal Malewane has recently introduced The Bush Bar, a magnificent area in which guests can relax and mingle over a drink or two while marveling at the surrounding wildlife and recounting tales of the day’s adventures. It showcases our fabulous collection of gins and over 50 whiskeys. Guests will also be able to dine in this unique space which will blend into the natural environment much like a traditional hide around a watering hole. Grass runs up to the curved wall and continues over the rooftop. This tranquil addition will pay homage to the history of Royal Malewane.
