The pink facade fronts a Wes Anderson inspired pink and grey interior where texture plays a central role. The floor has been laid with clean geometric stone hexagonal tiles while a carpeted wall creates a warm atmosphere. The central focus of the space is a bespoke, grey marble-clad angular bar around which, the desserts and cocktails are made. Guests are invited to dine and drink around the bar while desserts and cocktails are created in front of them. Lighting by Louis Weisdorf for Gubi create pools of light on the marble countertop and a faceted mirror behind the bar creates a fragmented reflection of the bar’s atmosphere.
