Skylonda Lodge offers two programs: 4-days and 7-days. Rates include Luxury accommodations, Daily Farm to Table Organic meals and all daily programming including Guided Hikes, Circuit Training including our signature Outdoor Obstacle Course, Restorative yoga, and use of the Spa facilities including Saline Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Daily Massage. Some evening Expert lectures on Healthy Living, Stress Management and Cooking demonstrations are also included.

Skylonda Lodge offers both single and double private rooms in the main lodge as well as unique treehouses surrounded by Redwood canopy. All rooms are invitingly outfitted to create a soothing and restful retreat for your stay. The main lodge has an intimate dining room, a welcoming library and several cozy corners for reading and relaxing.

Design:

We created the ideal structure to transform your body, increase your energy and elevate your approach to wellbeing. In the Skylonda Program, you will focus on exercises that boost your metabolism, achieve healthy weight loss and prevent the aging-related decline in the body and mind. Our fitness experts will keep you moving on hikes through the Redwoods and cross-training, in conjunction with restorative yoga and therapeutic massages. You will eat a scientifically based menu of locally grown, organic whole and healthy foods, and will swap your smartphone for meaningful conversations with other human beings. You will get a good night’s sleep and replenish the resources that are necessary for memory, concentration and the highest levels of performance in everyday life.

Standout venue features:
Our woodland trails offer miles of walking paths that meander through the redwoods. With their massive turns and shallow root systems, they are the tallest living things on earth. The trails include hundreds of wooden steps, meditation benches, and bridges over La Honda Creek, statues from a variety of beliefs and many areas for quiet reflection. You will see diverse wildlife including deer, squirrels, rabbits, and over a 100 species of birds.

Skylonda Lodge was built of Ponderosa logs and river rock in 1994 by the Resort Design Group and won international awards for design, hospitality, and environmental stewardship. Referred to as Shangri-la In The Redwoods by the SFGate, celebrities such as Barbra Streisand and Robin Williams frequented our enchanted property in the late 1990s. Skylonda Lodge has been featured in many publications including Los Angeles Times, Travel+Leisure, The Wall Street Journal, InStyle Magazine and Vogue.
