Venue Setting
We are Oxford’s neighborhood restaurant and “living room,” affectionately regarded as such by former executive chef, Chef Vishwesh Bhatt, and Oxonians alike. In 2009, the founder of the City Grocery Restaurant Group, Chef John Currence, situated our “Southern Brasserie” just off The Square in the now-revived Midtown Shopping Center. In support of our community, we strive to use local ingredients whenever possible. We are the place for fresh raw oysters on the half shell, skillfully-crafted cocktails, and wistful fare by the “Snackbar Trio”: Thomas “T.H.” Freeland, Sebastian Markowitz, and Bryan Sapp. Let us show you a truly memorable experience.
