The venue in located in the hip Capitol Hill neighborhood with an operable large garage door to incorporate cool breezes and that city vibe. With tall ceilings featuring industrial beams, original wood and sliding bar doors the venue is unique and very Seattle. The loft level is the perfect view of an intimate ceremony or a spot to hang out when your feet have danced the night away. With in house sounds system, av, catering, staff and bar service we truly are a one stop shop.
