The cypress lined meadow, adjacent to the barn, offers sea views and the tranquility of being creek side. It is also equipped with a ceremony stage.

The barn can accommodate up to 200 guests and features 4,700 square feet of inviting space for your celebration, a stage for a rock band or DJ, dance floor, modern wiring and lighting, handicap accessible restrooms, heaters, and a creek side deck.

Swallow Creek Ranch is available for hosting a variety of private events, including corporate meetings, birthday parties, family reunions, business receptions, memorial services and more.
