Weddings & Vow Renewals: Located just outside Carrollton, Georgia and just minutes from the famed Chattahoochee River, The Barn at Sierra Springs offers a countryside venue full of country charm and romantic outdoor spaces for your special day. In warmer months, guests will witness your vows from handmade wooden benches or elegant white fan-back chairs on the lush green lawn. Tie the knot under time-worn trees or beneath an arch, covered in flowers. The barn itself also provides an indoor ceremony option should the weather be too chilly. After your magical ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktails and mingling around the fire pit while you and your wedding party take fantastic photos of the barn and surrounding natural elements of the springs. The reception festivities begin inside the barn, and the wooden rafters are draped in fabric and twinkling lights for your special celebration. With plenty of room for dinner, dancing, and more, the Barn at Sierra Springs gives you the natural, rustic wedding you’ve been dreaming of with all the modern amenities possible.

Special Events: We love having all kinds of events at THE BARN as we never limit ourselves as guests love the barn atmosphere for all events, College parties, proms, birthday parties, reunions, corporate events, holiday parties, and more are all welcome at our facility. Everyone loves the fire pit area with a big bonfire flaming high, roasting marshmallows, sitting around having a drink, and much more. We have a full-size rustic handmade wooden bar inside the barn with a vintage bathtub to fill with all your beverages. We love our guests to feel at home and relaxed!

Ironically, the land that the barn is located on was once considered "The Crawford Estate" and my grandmother's maiden name was Crawford and she once lived in the Cross Plains community and attended the one room school house that THE BARN'S property adjoins. She was truly a relative of the same Crawford's. We had no idea of this when we purchased the property in 1992.

Venue Features
The Scene:
Stop as you come in the gate to THE BARN and go back to your childhood with a handmade wooden swing adorned with greenery that can easily seat 2 and swing away as you overlook the rolling hills with beautiful horses roaming the pastures.
Design:
Functioning Equine Barn for the past 20 years transformed into a unique venue with recycling the horse stalls into beautiful bathrooms, prep kitchen, grooms parlor and more.  Walking into the barn you have the ambience of 5 unique chandeliers and ivory ribbon draping with romantic lighting. Seven beautiful horses, 2 mini donkeys (Forrest & Jenny), a cute Dorper sheep (Chanel), 2 dogs (Pound Cake & Boo) and 1 barn kitty (Razzie) still watch over THE BARN when we are away. The horses are known for their photobombing of all events. We love having our quest include their animals in their events.
