Venue Setting

Built in a refurbished Ice Packaging Factory, The Florence highlights the historic building materials: brick, heartpine floors, and industrial touches. Our most popular spot for private events is our beautiful Upstairs Dining Room, equipped with a full bar and access to our Rooftop Patio. (Seats up to 30 inside).

While the food at The Florence is Italian-focused, the ingredients are Southern-grown and locally harvested whenever possible. Though we serve dishes derived from many regions of Italy, the seafood in our Sicilian stew is sourced from coastal Georgia; the bacon in our carbonara is house-cured; and the pizzas baked in our authentic Neapolitan oven are highlighted with local produce. The Florence is proud to join the wonderful Savannah dining scene. We promise to be a place with thoughtful local food, great coffee, a quirky wine program, and beautiful digs where the community can come together.

The Scene:
The Florence resides in a historic Ice Packaging Factory on Savannah's scenic Victory Drive. Special care was taken during the restoration process to preserve as much of the industrial, historic beauty that survived in this place- so you will see heartpine floors, brick walls layered with the original handpainted signs, and iron supports in the ceilings. Filled with Italian marble tables, large farm tables, and hints of turquoise and blue, The Florence offers a beautiful venue- beit dining, or special occasion. 
Design:
The Florence offers a casual, elegant atmosphere. You'll find picnic tables under twinkly lights on our porch, balanced by the white, Italian Marble tabletops and bar inside. Details like our turquoise retro bench seats, and light-washed wood bar give a light and fun feel to the historic charm of the white original brick, large windows, and high, steel-beamed ceilings.
Standout Venue Features:
All guests are invited to utilize our free parking garage. 

Make sure to check out our Upstairs Dining Room, with access to our Rooftop Patio! Our beautiful Italian-inspired food, made with southern ingredients, is highlighted in gorgeous Heath Ceramics. Allow our great bartenders to make specialty, or classic, cocktails just for you- you won't regret it.

We have a beautiful Coffee Shop, two full bars, and a Rooftop Patio.
Bars & Lounges:
We have our always-popular Downstairs Bar, highlighting fun house-specialty cocktails along with tried and true classics. We also have our full Upstairs Bar, open during the weekends and on special events.
