We sit on 70 acres and produce our own poultry, beef and yabbies along with vegetables from our seasonal kitchen vegetable garden. We believe in giving diners the security of knowing how their food was grown and the care taken of the animals. We believe in food miles, supporting local and reducing waste.

All 70 guestrooms and interior public spaces have been rejuvenated by Greg Natale and his team, combining classic country heritage character with contemporary elegance, using the site's original black-and-white tiled flooring and ornate ceilings as a starting point.

The wine list has been expertly crafted by 2016 Hunter Valley Winemaker of the Year Liz Silkman, chief winemaker from First Creek Wines.

- Epoch Lounge Bar - Timber, luxurious upholstery, metals and stone all come together to create a decadent space for guests to unwind, socialise and enjoy the local produce on offer at Epoche Lounge Bar. The bar also features an outdoor pizza oven and deck area overlooking Wyndham Estate.
