The Scene:: The Lenox Collection welcomes you to The Whitlock, one of three iconic Inns in the heart of Lenox. The property began as a two-room farmhouse built by John Whitlock, the original landowner, in 1771. As time brought growth to the village, Whitlock followed suit by opening his home as an Inn to passing stagecoach travelers. The Lenox Collection upholds this tradition of hospitality by welcoming guests to the picturesque Berkshires through stays at our three properties.
