The galleries and studios have been beautifully restored and transformed into urban art galleries. The 6000+ square feet of open space can accommodate up to roughly 250 guests for a seated dinner or up to 500 for a cocktail-style party.

Does this include catering fees?
Third Degree provides in-house beverage service for all events at our facility. With several packages to choose from and customizable options, we have the flexibility to keep it simple or go all out. Pricing ranges from $8 for Non-alcholic to $30 for Premium Open Bar.

Third Degree is a working art Gallery with lots of beautiful one-of-a-kind art work on display. Guests may have a glass blowing demonstration in our hot shop.
Third Degree is housed in a beautifully restored building. We have brick walls, high ceilings and huge windows offering lots of natural light.

Additional “party” time is $250 per hour and does not include beverage fees
Set up time is not “party” time
Saturday set ups can occur anytime between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm
Sunday set ups can begin as early as three hours before the event
If additional set up time is needed, set up time is $50/hour
Tables (6 fts & 8 fts/60” rounds/tall & short cocktail tables)
Black folding chairs (225 total) Table and chair set up and removal is included
Linens are not included as most caterers provide linens, however Third Degree can source linens for you. See our extras page below.
An event/facilities coordinator that will stay the entire evening

Third Degree does not provide waitstaff or bussers at third-party catered events. Licensed caterers must bring service staff.
Ceremony and/or Reception Coordination are not included with rental fees. These services are considered an add on.

We allow for Vendors reviews and tips, but do not allow any negative comments. If we receive 3 verified negative reviews the venue will be removed.
