This Villa is a small paradise divided into two locations, each with its own scenery and capacity. The beach front Cabana is surrounded by the white powder-like sand together with the unbeatable view of the Xpu-Ha turquoise water providing the feeling of being in a private island.

The pool sits amidst the garden and features a pool palapa and an outdoor grill, ideal for an outdoor barbecue or dining al fresco.

It also features spacious seating areas inside and outside and its own private beach palapa with a lunch table, hammocks, and sun day beds.

The Villa is set around a colonial-style central patio.
