The venue can accommodate up to 120 guests. To host an event in Villas Piedra Blanca we have a minimum night stay at the villas, the number of nights depend of the month of the year, for example November –May 5nights, June - October 4 nights (Exceptions may apply). If you wish to have an other event during your stay besides the wedding event, such as a pool party, welcoming party, rehearsal dinner, etc you are more than welcome to do, an event fee will apply (it will depend of the amount of guests). 45 days prior to check-in a detailed schedule of your event must be provided, as well as the details and schedule of vendors who will participate in your event. You can use any caterer you want, if you need help we can provide recommendations of some of the vendors who have worked at the villas before. The time to end the event is at 11:00pm to be respectful with our neighbors. The vendors can set up their things at anytime during your stay. There are no decoration limitations only if they don’t affect or damage the property. The use of pyrotechnics, fireworks, flying paper lanterns, or other similar products are strictly prohibited due to the high risk of causing a fire and the big impact on the environment with its extensive pollution. You can move the furniture around and decorate to suit your purpose, but at the end of the event you are responsible for putting everything back in place and tearing down the décor, and it should be completed the day of the event or the day after. This is a beautiful venue located in a subtropical village of the paciXic coast where the infrastructure and services in town might be limit at times, you might encounter thunder storms, exotic animals walking/Xlying around the property remember we are in their habitat, power outages might happen specially during storms at the rainy season, big holiday weeks such as New Years, Christmas, spring break and Thanksgiving, but the rest of the year is not exempted, so you must rent an electric generator for each event. The palapa can shelter up to 40 seats (4tables of 10 chairs) if you have more than 30 people we recommend you to rent a tent in case of rain.
