Venue Setting

Vomo can be booked exclusively for private hire for destination weddings, birthdays, special occasions, family functions or corporate events and incentives. Hiring Vomo allows a larger group to celebrate on their own private island in truly elegant tropical style. A once in a lifetime luxury experience, private island hire will ensure your occasion is memorable, intimate and a celebration for everyone in attendance. Vomo’s management will liaise with guests and event planners to create each unique celebration and ensure that it caters to all requests. Vomo can also assist with sourcing special produce and gifts, entertainment, floral decorations and transfers. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the island with personalised activities available for private hire groups. These include poolside and private residence cocktail parties, Rocks Beach dinners, degustation dinners, Champagne brunches, gourmet picnics on Vomo Lailai, snorkelling, scuba diving and deep sea fishing, sports activities, Meke and kava ceremonies, golf, fun shows and entertainers.

A short distance to the west of Vomo sits Vomo Lailai, our true deserted island. Vomo Lailai’s beach is surrounded with our trademark aqua waters and some of the finest snorkelling we have to offer. The island is completely private, within sight and radio contact of Vomo but far enough away for you to feel gloriously isolated.

This is an inclusive of meals resort - Vomo’s Executive Chef leads the team in the creation of the world-class cuisine and premium international beverage selections served throughout Vomo. Our Chef’s extensive knowledge and innate talent for fresh and innovative cuisine will continue Vomo’s highly regarded reputation as a premier gourmet destination in the South Pacific. With produce sourced from the best domestic and international suppliers, dishes are complemented with ingredients straight from Vomo’s own herb and vegetable gardens. With a great love for food and creating memorable dining experiences for guests, our team strives to better the dining experience with each meal. The Reef Restaurant The Reef Restaurant is Vomo’s main dining restaurant and boasts à la carte dining at each meal with daily changing lunch and dinner menus. On balmy evenings guests dine poolside and lunch may be served under the trees on the beach. In the evening, a selection of acoustic Fijian and international music will enhance your dining experience. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and children are not forgotten; they have their own menu and can dine in the restaurant or in the Kids Village. Private Dining By special arrangement, private lunches or dinners can be served as a special treat for loved ones or as an intimate option for groups or families wishing to dine together.
Bars & Lounges:
The Vuda Bar The Vuda Bar sits adjacent to the restaurant and is Vomo’s main bar. An international wine and cocktail list combines with open-air seating for a relaxing drink or snack at any time. The Rocks Bar Located at the western tip of Vomo is The Rocks Bar. Overlooking an expanse of fine white sand and across the water to Vomo Lailai, The Rocks Bar is the island’s ringside seat for adults to enjoy a spectacular sunset, ‘rocktail’ in hand. The Rocks is open daily between 5-7pm.
