Whether you need that creative breakthrough on a project or just need to get your team connected away from the office, The Land is a great resource for team retreats and offers many ways to connect during your stay, one of which they refer to as “The Game.” This interactive communication experience is designed to build connection and empathy, calling on various tools like vulnerability to bring people together. Another connection tool The Land uses is called “Seva” (Sanskrit for selfless service), which encourages visitors to give back to The Land, performing simple acts of service like helping the kitchen team do dishes after meals, working with the animals and assisting with small garden projects.
