Whether your family is gathering in the Victorian House, cutting a rug in the Hay Loft, enjoying the School House, or watching the sun set under the Pergola, 1908 House is a perfect venue for any event. 

Its foundation was laid proudly in 1908 near Hatton, North Dakota and has many distinct areas that can be used for ceremonies including the old barn, the large covered deck, and a large green-way that overlooks the river. All with the added bonus of natural backdrops and breathtaking sunsets that North Dakota is known for.

Our queen room and back porch area have the most beautiful views of the sunset. If you are an early bird, enjoying your coffee/tea in the morning on our upstairs balcony allows you to enjoy the breathtaking sunrises! In late May/June we have tons of little butterflies that like to call our place their home and provide a magical feel. Our various trees and plants turn all sort of brilliant fall colors starting in late September and October.

Venue Features
The Scene:
Our gorgeous property is set on 5 acres of the beautiful countryside of Eastern North Dakota and over looks the North Branch of the Goose River. 1908 House radiates vintage charm from every corner and is sure to leave a lasting impression for both you and your guests. As you tour our vintage barn, the  1908 Victorian house, and watch the sun set over the river, you will see our charming setting and fall in love the venue.

With stunning landscaping and gardens, our entire property has numerous photo-ops. All with the added bonus of the natural, countryside views that North Dakota is known for.
Design:
Our barn has been recently updated with working bathrooms, a fully functioning bar, and custom lighting. The Victorian House has also been remodeled to bring out the leaded glass windows, original hardwood floors, beautiful lighting in each room. It also has a fantastic kitchen to gather around on Friday night or for brunch on Sunday morning.
Standout Venue Features:
Our hope is to provide a very relaxing and carefree environment for you and your guests. We have a large greenway where guests have been know to play yard games, golfing tee offs, trap shooting, and much more. We have two fire rings that are the perfect addition to any s'more bar or a great way to wind down at the end of the evening. We allow you the opportunity to be creative with the space and pride ourselves in being accommodating!
Extra Perks:
For our weekend package, we include all our vintage/antique decoration items free of charge. This includes an antique fireplace, old front porch columns, various chalk boards, numerous antique tables and doors, wooden crates and boxes, large and small chandeliers, and vintage writing desks. In all our packages we include white table linens, chairs, tables, and two bluetooth PA speakers.
