Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE? 

A: All tables and chairs are included in the venue fee.

Q: WHAT IS THE BATHROOM SITUATION?

A: We have our own bathroom in the venue, with two gender-neutral stalls (one ADA compliant) with full doors, and two sinks outside the stalls. There are also two bathrooms in the hallway outside the venue on the ground level, one of which is ADA compliant. A third is available on the second floor.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES REGARDING LIQUOR?

A: We ask that you use an insured bartender through your caterer or another bartending service. Clients are not allowed to physically carry alcohol into the venue.

Q: WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

A: We provide four spaces. There are three options for additional parking:

  1. On-street/metered parking spots near the venue.
  2. Multiple close parking garage/surface lot that can be contracted with or used the day-of events.
  3. You are welcome to contract with any valet company you would like. We can organize valet for you with one of our partners!
Q: DO YOU OFFER A SPACE TO GET READY ON-SITE?

A: We do! We have a beautiful Bridal Suite located upstairs. Our Bridal Suite features huge, original-to-the-building windows that let tons of natural light pour through. The natural light offers great photo opportunities! Lounge on our velvet couches, and enjoy getting ready together with your bridal party at the 5-seat vanity!
